Updated: Jan 19, 2010 4:35 PM PST  OCEANO – The weather forced the closure of the Oceano Dunes State Park. High tides have raised the ocean level all the way up to the ramps, leaving park goers with no access to the park. Additionally, rain has swelled the creek crossing making it impossible to cross. There's no word yet on when the park will re-open.
